Or you could by stick on wall decals that are black and paint the walls white, to achieve this look. OR, if you are really daring you can go for a really modern look by painting the walls black: if it is does correctly it can look really cool! Just be careful when designing this room because you don't want it to be to kiddy then you will grow out of it.
