What do you think of my new Duvet? http://www.overstock.com/Home-Garden/Jacobean-400-Thread-Count-Cotton-Duvet-Cover-Set/3346959/product.html in black.
So I love the bedding, but am a bit confused about sheets. Would purple sheets go well with this? If so, what shade of purple? If not, what other color?
A soft lavender would look best. Chocolate, cream and lavender. But also think about some caramel or coffee with cream colored sheets…would be yummy.
I’d take a pillow sham with me if you shop for sheets in person, Just show the person near the door that you are bringing your own pillow sham to color match.
If you have the discount stores called Tuesday Morning in your area, I have seen lots of shades of dreamy coffee colored sheets. I bought some there that are a sateen weave (for uber smoothness) but also a cotton/poly blend for no wrinkles…the best of both worlds. And they were not expensive…I just had to read a lot of labels to find a set that was a blend and not 100% cotton.
Shop our full selection of 100% cotton duvet cover sets. Wide variety of colors and styles - including sports themed and more for the kids, and guest rooms. Satin weaving provides wrinkle control for beauty as well as comfort. Cotton duvet cover sets make it easy to get a stunning new look for a very small investment!
