how do I remove a biopolymer ink stain from cotton?

how do I remove a biopolymer ink stain from cotton, the ink is from a Pilot GTEC C4 pen its a ‘bio polymer’ or ‘biopolymer’ ink apparently its cellulose based ink, plant fiber.

I’ve tried cold washing, but then realised I have used a non biological detergent.
Thats the kind that is not enzyme eating.
A biological detergent should in theory eat the dye left.
The dye was BLACK on a CREAM duvet cover it has now faded to light blue.

‘Hair spray’ (alcohol) doesnt work as I tried it out on an old tshirt.

If all else fails then I will just have to buy a new duvet cover for my Mum. Oh dear I will be in trouble.

Thanks in advance.

hair spray..let it sit over night and run cool water over and spray scrub and wash

I don’t know if it will work, but try it on another piece of cotton:

Rub the stain with a raw potato. There are enzymes in potatoes that destroy some dyes – like heme. (Use a potato like an eraser to "erase" blood stains – even old set in ones.) If it starts working, you’ll have to keep cutting deeper into the potato – the enzyme gets "used up" quickly. (Whether it will work depends on what the actual dye is. The ink will probably remain, but it’ll be colorless.)
