How can I remove a rollerball ink stain from a cotton duvet cover?

The tag says dry clean only

Hair spray works well, or De Solvit(orange based no toxic spot treatment). I have actually done this and it works, you will have to get it cleaned to remove the residual spot though. Good Luck and God Bless.
