Does anyone here have silk bedsheets or duvet covers? Do you like them better than say eygyption cotton? Are they generally warmer or cooler or do they adapt to the temperatures well?
i didn’t have true silk sheets, but they’re sateen and very comfortable! nice and cool in the summer yet insulated in fall and spring. i wouldn’t recommend for winter unless you have a decent central heating system.
very fun if you’re sleeping with a mate

Tried them a while ago because of the heat, had to tuck them in to stop them ending up on the floor, and that resticted normal movement somewhat, but they were cooler.

Tried them years ago, but no, for me Egyptian cotton reigns supreme. Expensive, but very well worth it.

i had a full bed set,kept sliding off the sheets ,and getting shocks from the static.they make you sweat,i swear by egyptian cotton keeps you cool in summer and warm in winter helps a bit more when being romantic in bed lol hope this helps.
