2) is there much difference between cotton compared to wall-mart’s pillow cases and duvet cover? oh in case you need to know, this is how i will be laying it out:
mattress
fitted sheet
flat sheet
wool blanket
flat sheet
duvet
duvet cover
pillows
pillow covers
pillow sham (bottom pillow)
pillow case (top pillow)
No difference. They all make me sneeze – I’m allergic to feathers.

Goose down is softer. With feathered pillows, you do get the feathers working their way through the pillow ticking.
