Are duvet comforters "poofy"?

I’ve found this comforter set:

I like the "poofy" comforters, either down or down alternative (cotton), that are thick. I like that this one is micro suede material, and comes with a 7-piece set, but I’m not sure if "duvet" comforters are to that poofy satisfaction. Is it, and do you think this comforter set is a good buy?

a duvet cover is where you place an old comforter inside of it; to give it poof!

the set is nice but you will need a down comforter to put inside the duvet cover

I’m not a fan of black bed linens. You are going to need a duvet. They are poly, feather, or down.

You could also use any comforter you have lying around.
