Cotton Duvet Covers

I am wanting to redecorate my room and have bought one roll of purple big swirly wall paper:

which I am planning to put in the alcove I have with my chest of drawers and a mirror above it. I have a deep purple duvet cover with a bright pink bit at the bottom which I love and have been told Im not allowed to change. I now want to know what colour(s) to do my walls. Try using Sherwin Williams Color Visualizer to get an idea of what you like. Pick the bedroom that looks the most like yours. If you don’t like the coordinating colors, you can drag other colors to the boxes where it says Scene Colors.

Wow those are definitely colors that will brighten the room. It basically boils down to your personality. Typically, persons who are bright, energetic, and bouncy gravitate toward colors that really pop. I would caution that you keep certain aspects of the room white (ie. moldings, base boards) so that it still has an airy feel and it not competing with the duvet cover. If you are getting new furniture, make sure (if a wood material) you stick with a light/medium tone. I think that maples will go nicely with your color scheme. Best of luck!

I need a spotty duvet cover( a stripped one would also be good)I would like it to be white with bright green, pink and blue spotts also any other colours but I need those ones to go with my room, especially the BRIGHT green, please help!!!!!!!!

If you can’t find one that you really want, you can always make one yourself!

All a duvet cover is material that is sewn together and has a zipper at one end to place your blanket or comforter in.

Go to any local fabric store, and pick out what you REALLY like and then ask for help on how to make it.

It is real easy to do.

i just repainted my room a nice soft light pink, and now i want new ed sheets to match, but i dont want you to walk in the room and see only pink. so i decided i would want lilac bedsheets (to me, pink and light purple go good together) but i am having trouble choosing a duvet cover. which would go best with everything?

I already have bought a pink roxy duvet cover for my room and have a skim board with hibiscus flowers (painted with my name on it). But i just cant think of anything else to do in my room. It is a single bedroom so I don’t have to worry about a roommate. Any ideas on what I can do?

On my nice blue duvet, there is now a LARGE bright pink stain, thanks to a nail varnish spillage. I’ve mopped up the worst that was still wet, and dabbed some varnish remover on the rest, which had got some of it up. Unfortunately, it’s soaked through the actual duvet underneath. How do I get it off?!!? Thanks!

I have done that whilst sitting in bed and applying nail varnish. These are some hints. Washable fabrics, Do not use on acetate fabrics. Remove as much as possible, then treating from the back of fabric use non-oily nail varnish remover, being careful not to spread the mark, wash as normal. Test the affect of the varnish remover on a hem before using on fabric. Non Washable fabrics ,Immediately take to the dry-cleaners.
The duvet well it depends on what it is made of and whether it is washable. I would get it to the cleaners
