Depends on what country your from.
Your local curtain store can make a duvet cover. Choose a fabric and they will make it up.
Or..
go to your local department stores, they sell lots.

The largest selection for mail order will be JC Penneys. They have a fantastic sale going on right now.
Also, you can make your own using 2 flat sheets. I have made many for clients. In doing so I can personalize/customize them to their preference. Oversized flaps, envelope enclosure. trim, buttons and monograms are easily added.

Try Q.V.C. (shopping channel ) NORTHERN NIGHTS.They sell the most gorgeous duvet covers in soft fluffy flannel fabric, all made in Portugal from 100% cotton. They feel like puppy dog’s ears, and I NEVER buy my bedding from anywhere else, as the sheets are elasticated all around, and are extra deep to accommodate thick mattresses. Have a look, they have Q.V.C. in the States too!!!! Although, I have just had a look through Q.V.C. in the States, and must admit, we have a much better choice in England. Good luck!!
